Hi — we're glad you're reaching out.
Jon here, with Megan and Reynaldo behind the scenes. We read every message that comes in — corrections, "you missed my favorite product" emails, "I disagree with your top pick" disagreements, and the reader questions about your own kitchen. They all go straight to one of us, not a customer-service queue.

Before you pitch — please read this
We are not a paid-content site. The list of what we can do for you is short.
-
✕No sponsored posts
We do not accept sponsored content, paid reviews, link insertions, guest posts, or "expert commentary placements." Please don't pitch them. The answer will be no and we'd both rather not waste the email.
-
✓Yes, we accept product samples
For inclusion in best-of round-ups. Acceptance is unconditional — including the right to publish a negative review or leave the product out entirely. We always disclose when a product was provided for testing.
-
✓We update round-ups annually
If you'd like a product considered for the next cycle, use the form above and pick "Product recommendation for testing." Include product details, MSRP, and shipping info. We'll respond with whether it's a fit before any sample ships.
-
✓Press inquiries are welcome
For interview requests, expert commentary, or background sourcing — we're happy to help if the publication is reputable and the topic is in our wheelhouse. Include your outlet, deadline, and the angle.
How to file a fast correction
Corrections jump the queue. We try to fix factual errors within 24 hours and we always note significant corrections at the top of the affected article with a date.
To make the fastest possible fix, include three things in your message:
- The exact URL of the page that's wrong.
- The specific claim you're flagging (a quote, a number, a recommendation).
- What you believe is correct, and ideally a source we can verify against.
We won't update without verification, but every flagged claim gets a real look from the appropriate editor — and we've corrected at least one guide a quarter since 2014 because a reader caught something we missed. That's the system working.
Why we don't publish a phone number
We are three people, not a call center. We're better over email — where we can think, look up the right answer, and link you to the relevant guide — than we'd be on a cold phone call. If your situation genuinely needs a voice conversation, mention that in the form and we'll set one up. We just don't want to be a place where readers wait on hold.
