Cambria Brittanicca Quartz

Cambria Brittanicca is the original from the Brittanicca series. Its popularity led to the creation of two other variants, Britannica Warm and Britannica Gold. Though equally famous, the two have not taken away from the original Brittanicca’s fan base.

Classic Brittanicca features ashen veins with scattered charcoal speckles along with them, set against an icy white background. It is the ultimate low-maintenance marble lookalike for your kitchen. Cambria is quartz, so it is a lot lighter in weight than marble, which adds to its versatility. The material is extremely durable, making it ideal not only for countertops but also for flooring. The different sizes of sheets available eliminate the extensive cutting and selection process that marble entails.

White, gray, sand, and beige complement the underlying hues of the counter beautifully. When paired together, these colors create a brilliant look that can jazz up any kitchen space.

All-white kitchens are the trend these days. Pair your classic Brittanicca with an all-white kitchen to allow the material to speak for itself. Set against a clean white slate, the veining on the material stands out, adding eye-catching detail to your kitchen.

However, for many, classic Brittanicca may be too sterile looking. To add a touch of warmth to the kitchen, you can install lighter colored wooden cabinetry or pair it with oak floorings. Your color palette is going to dictate the feel of the space. Here are some color options for both modern and traditional kitchens.

Modern:

White
Charcoal gray
Blue-gray
Olive green

Traditional:

Blonde wood with gold accents

The best way to bring out the features of Cambria Brittanicca is to let the veining stand out. Combining it with colors like light gray may take away from the counter, so we suggest you avoid that. Instead, choose blue-gray or olive green to add contrast to space. These colors won’t take away from Brittanicca; instead, they serve to accentuate its pattern.

Cambria Brittanicca is a very durable material, making it every designer’s dream material. You can use it for flooring or as backsplashes without having to worry about excessive chipping. You can create multiple statement pieces throughout your house with the same material by mixing and matching different slabs. The creative liberty that comes with Cambria Brittanicca is unmatched.
